Business Details
Add the company information required to connect payment gateways and appear on customer receipts.
The Business Details tab holds your company information. Payment gateways like PayPal, Razorpay, Square, Authorize.net, and Easy Pay Direct require this information before you can connect them, and it appears on your customers' receipts.

Why it matters
If any required field is missing, you'll see an amber warning that lists which payment gateways are currently blocked. Filling everything in unblocks them in the Payments tab.
Caution
Even after connecting a gateway, keep your Business Details filled in — the information is reused on customer receipts. Clearing it can break active payment integrations.
