Setup
In Settings → Connectors → WhatsApp (you'll need a Meta WhatsApp Business setup):

| Phone Number ID | From your Meta WhatsApp Business account (this is an ID, not the phone number itself). |
| Access Token (secret) | A Meta system-user access token. |
| Recipient phone | The number to notify, international digits only (e.g. 15551234567). |
Example prompts
Just describe it — no special syntax needed. For example:
- "message me on WhatsApp when a new order comes in, with the buyer's name and total"
- "notify my business WhatsApp number when someone submits the quote form"
- "send a WhatsApp message on every successful booking"

Use cases

Meta's 24-hour window
Meta only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the recipient last messaging your number. Outside that window, WhatsApp requires a pre-approved message template — so this connector is best for notifying a number that's actively in conversation with you, rather than cold outreach.
