---

Let visitors pick a slot and book a call without leaving your site. Your **Cal.com** booking
calendar appears inline on a page or opens from a **Book a call** button. Cal.com handles real
availability, time zones, confirmation emails and calendar invites.

## Setup

In **Settings → Connectors → Cal.com**:

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| **Booking link** | The part of your Cal.com URL after `cal.com/`. For `cal.com/acme/30min` enter `acme/30min`. Your username alone (`acme`) also works and shows all your event types. |

To find it, open your event types in Cal.com and copy the link of the event you want visitors to
book. Only your public booking link is needed — no API key.

## Example prompts

Describe it in chat — no special syntax needed:

- *"add a “book a call” button that opens my booking calendar"*
- *"put my booking calendar in a section on the contact page"*
- *"add a Book a demo button to the pricing section"*

## Use cases

- A **Book a call** section on your home or contact page.
- A **demo or consultation button** next to your pricing.
- A **booking page** for appointments.

## Things worth knowing

- **Booking runs in Cal.com's own calendar.** You can choose a light or dark calendar and style the
section around it, but not restyle the calendar itself.
- **Embed only.** The connector doesn't read your bookings or event types, and it can't book from
a custom form you design — the Cal.com calendar does the booking.
- Republish your site after configuring so the live site picks up the connector.
